This high bulk DTY yarn is made through a special production process. Its raw material is polyester POY, which is directly produced into 1200D DTY yarn after being textured by a modified texture machine, not like normal products use doubling machine combine several DTY . The characteristic of this high-elastic DTY is that it can maintain good fluffiness for a long time, and is suitable for filling and interlayering of various products.. the final DTY is very bulk, very fluppy. If use micro filaments produce it, the final DTY touch very soft.
Filling for mattress ticking fabric
